Vendor First participation terms.
Effective
These website terms support, but do not replace, any agreement signed with Ronin Financial Group.
Eligibility and access
Portal access is limited to approved vendor organizations and their authorized users. Invitations are personal, time-limited, and may not be shared. You are responsible for accurate account information and protecting your credentials.
No financing commitment
Submitting an opportunity does not guarantee financing, approval, pricing, timing, or funding. Ronin and its financing sources retain discretion over each transaction.
Commission eligibility
Commissions apply only to qualifying transactions attributed to the enrolled representative, funded during an eligible period, and confirmed by Ronin’s trusted records. Current-month figures and volume bonuses are estimates until finalized. Final commissions are paid once per month after reconciliation. The applicable payout plan is maintained privately by Ronin and may be governed by a separate written agreement.
Permitted use
Use Vendor First only for legitimate business financing opportunities. Do not submit information without authority, attempt to access another organization, upload malicious or unlawful material, interfere with the service, or use portal data for unauthorized purposes.
Customer information
You must have authority to provide customer and document information to Ronin for financing evaluation and servicing. Do not upload information that is unnecessary for the requested workflow.
Suspension and changes
Ronin may suspend access to protect customers, vendors, or the platform; address misuse; meet legal requirements; or investigate discrepancies. Material program changes will be communicated through reasonable channels.
Signed agreements control
If these website terms conflict with an executed Vendor First agreement or other written agreement with Ronin, the executed agreement controls. Questions may be sent to funding@roninfinancialgrp.com.
