This notice describes the information used to operate the partner portal.
Information collected
We collect partner application details, business contact information, account identity data, financing-opportunity information, uploaded documents, portal activity, and records needed to calculate and reconcile commissions.
How information is used
Information is used to review partner applications, authenticate users, process financing opportunities, coordinate requested documents, provide vendor-safe status updates, calculate commissions, create monthly statements, prevent abuse, and maintain audit records.
Systems and service providers
Vendor First uses controlled service providers for hosting, identity, email delivery, databases, and private document storage. Financing information is shared with Ronin systems and financing parties only as needed for the opportunity and applicable obligations.
What vendors cannot see
The portal does not expose another vendor’s records or Ronin’s internal underwriting notes, credit information, lender rankings, internal compensation, or unrelated customer records.
Retention and security
Ronin retains records for operational, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution needs. Access is protected through verified identity, organization membership, server-side authorization, encrypted transport, private document storage, rate limiting, and audit logging.
Your choices
Authorized users can update their own profile information in the portal. Ronin centrally manages organization information and representative access. For access, correction, or privacy questions, contact funding@roninfinancialgrp.com. Ronin may need to retain certain records even after access ends.
